HYJOIN® provides an innovative solution for metal-plastic joining using the process of thermal direct joining, also referred to as thermal hybrid joining. In this method, the metal is precisely heated so that the plastic melts on contact and, once cooled, forms a durable hybrid bond. This advanced technology replaces conventional methods such as gluing, welding, screwing, or overmolding and enables lightweight, recycling-friendly designs.
